Unifying product discovery across Dropbox's ecosystem
Dropbox has expanded well beyond file storage into a suite of products like Dash, DocSend, Replay, and Sign. However, discovery was fragmented and disconnected from admins' day-to-day workflows, with only 0.4% of monthly active users adopting two or more products.
To solve this, I designed a multi-product Marketplace, surfacing relevant products contextually rather than through promotional friction. The experience lets team admins browse, evaluate, and purchase multiple products and licenses in one place. To accommodate for Dropbox's growing ecosystem, I created a product-card component, usage-based recommendations, filtering and sorting, and concepts for bundles and add-ons.
Projected to drive a $54M ARR opportunity from a 5-point lift in multi-product adoption.
